October 26 - November 5th - Applications in for candidates, in Yeah.     \\  
<tab><tab><tab><tab><tab>- Remind all applicants, they need a valid passport, best to start now if renewing. 


October 26   -  Information meeting.

October 28 - Terms and Conditions Youth Exchange Form.

November 14th  -  Student selection interviews.

November 30th  -  District/Clubs Identify an Outbound Student by November 30th     \\    
<tab><tab><tab><tab><tab>- Outbound Student attends Orientation Sessions in the Winter & Spring     \\  
<tab><tab><tab><tab><tab>- Outbound Student leaves mid-August, 2023 & returns July, 2024


December (sometime) - Students list their top 3 choices at a meeting established by District.

__**2023**__     \\  

January - Start collecting the pins for Ontario, Canada and Municipaltiy, for the student.   \\  
<tab><tab> - The student must have their medical form in "Rotary Youth Exchange - Long Term Exchange Program 
<tab><tab><tab><tab>  -- Section C: Medical History and Examination". 

March 3 - March 5th <tab> - outbound training in Mattawa  (country selection happens here)

March 6 or thereabouts  - Get signatures on forms for outbound student - Need President of Club.\\  
<tab><tab><tab><tab><tab><tab>  - Form Name:  "Youth Exchange  Student, Parent, Sponsor Endorsement".  \\  
<tab><tab><tab><tab><tab><tab>  - Must be in BLUE ink.

April 11 - District asks for any inbound student preferences ie; male/female, vegetarian? etc.

April 22, 2023 9:00 AM-12:00 PM – Parent Information/Student presentation – ZOOM (outbound students only)

May 19, 2023 to May 22, 2023  – Ottawa orientation (inbounds/outbounds)
